Aquarium Update: Returning back to Serrano Elementary School Per our usual field trip updates, this post will serve as a notification that we are on our way back. The students had lots of fun exploring marine life and entering the lifestyle. 😁🙌 The ETA is approximately at 3:17 pm Thank you! 🐠They Arrived!!!  Our explorers have safely made it to the Aquarium and have had a delicious meal before they go off to explore the marine life.😎😎😎     While at home, Serrano explorers have had a fun time learning about bugs, making fun trail mixes, and are about to have a delicious lunch meal as well!     Further updates regarding departure or any stops will be communicated on here! Today is Tuesday, July 8th , and that means it’s the last day of Session A ! If your student is not enrolled in Session B , we want to thank you for allowing them to be a part of our summer adventure. It was a joy having them with us, and we hope to see them again next summer! 🥰 🍽️ A quick breakfast reminder: Breakfast is served daily from 7:45 AM – 8:15 AM . Students arriving outside of this time frame may be escorted directly to class and may not receive breakfast, so please plan accordingly. ⏰🥐 🐠 Field Trip Update for 3rd & 4th Grade Explorers: We’ll be heading back to the Aquarium of the Pacific this Friday, July 11th for students who either missed the last trip or are ready for a second splash into the deep blue! 🐟🌊 🐛 For our bug-loving adventurers staying at site: We’re diving into our “Bugs & Beyond” unit!  We’re thrilled to share that all students, staff, and our beloved zebra-on-the-run, Zak 🦓, have safely returned from today’s amazing aquarium field trip!🐙🪼🦈 A huge thank you to all the parents who allowed their students to join us for this underwater adventure 🌊. Their excitement and curiosity made the trip even more magical! 🔁 Missed today’s field trip?  No worries! Zak the Zebra! Turns out, Zak DID sneak onto the bus after all—he was spotted trying to blend in with the penguins 🐧 (he thought black-and-white stripes would help him fit in 🤣).  Hello wonderful parents! We’re thrilled to let you know that our brave little marine explorers have wrapped up their underwater adventure at the Aquarium of the Pacific and are officially on their way back to site! 🐠🦑 From jellyfish to sea lions, they explored the wonders of the ocean and learned so much about marine life.  🚌The bus is cruising along, and our estimated arrival time is 3:48 PM . Please note that traffic might cause slight delays, but we’ll keep you updated if there are any major changes. 💥 Just a friendly reminder: There will be no program tomorrow, July 4th.
